Basketball Recap: Shenandoah Comes Up Short

Shenandoah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Toronto Red Knights on the road by a 58-42 margin. The Zeps were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Shenandoah's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Toronto, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Shenandoah has already played their next game (against River), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Toronto will venture away from home to take on Bridgeport at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bridgeport is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.6 points per game this season.
