Football Recap: Stanfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Stanfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Heppner Mustangs, falling 74-6. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon football rankings (they are ranked 74th, while the Mustangs are ranked second).

Stanfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Heppner, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Stanfield will face off against rival Grant Union at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. Meanwhile, Heppner is set to square off against their familiar foe Weston-McEwen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
