On MondayLiberty kept up with Brookfield until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. The Brookfield Warriors blew past the Liberty Leopards 60-38. The Warriors pushed the score to 49-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Leopards had little chance of recovering from.

Brookfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Judah Dejoy led the charge by putting up ten points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Teagen Barbe, who posted eight points.

Ameer Haynes and Ramsey Hadi-Cox certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Haynes scored ten points and five boards, while Hadi-Cox earned ten points. Haynes continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played.

Brookfield's record now sits at 12-10. As for Liberty, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-16.

Brookfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 51-38 defeat against East Canton on the 21st. As for Liberty, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-41 loss against LaBrae on the 18th.
