Softball Recap: Cedar Ridge Comes Up Short

Cedar Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bradford Eagles. Timberwolves fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Eagles since on Tuesday.

Cedar Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Bradford, their victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-5.

Looking ahead, Cedar Ridge will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Tuckerman at 4:30 p.m. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Timberwolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bradford, they will head out to challenge Riverview at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
