Springfield's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1. BATTERTON and Springfield will be playing in front of their home fans against Swink at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mcclave Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Mason Barr
McClave picked up their sixth consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Mason Barr. Barr was unstoppable, picking up 67 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 95 yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making eight total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging three interceptions.
McClave's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Cardinals takes on Holly at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ethan Bronniman was instrumental in extending McClave's winning streak to six on Saturday. Las Animas had no answer to Bronniman as he rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 144 yards and two touchdowns.
On the year, Bronniman has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 98 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 8.83 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 45.83 rushing yards.
