After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Midway, Shoemaker was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Killeen Kangaroos a 5-0 shutout. The score was close at the half, but Wolves pulled away in the second half with four goals.

They hit Killeen with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Joushua Torres (2), Jayden Reyes, Keanuss Valdivia, and Victor Rodriguez.

Shoemaker is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those six contests. As for Killeen, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 0-7-2 record this season.
