            Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs. Cameron Dragons        
        
		
        
        
            Notre Dame lost against Cameron back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Wednesday. The Fighting Irish took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dragons.

Perhaps the best among them was   Angelina Policano, who  had 20  digs, nine  kills,  and two  aces. Policano has been hot, having  posted two or more  aces the last five times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Sophie Gum, who  had 19  digs, ten  kills,  and one  block.
Notre Dame has  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-20 record  this season. As for Cameron, they moved to 2-14 with that  win, which also ended their nine-match losing streak.
 Cameron has already played their next match,  a  3-1  defeat against Madonna on the 22nd. Hopefully Notre Dame paid attention to the Dragons'  matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Dragons  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
