Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Red Lake). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Blackduck Drakes 89-59. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Warriors have posted since March 7, 2024.

Red Lake's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyrone Beaulieu Jr, who posted 15 points along with eight steals and seven boards. Beaulieu Jr has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Ryan Kingbird, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Red Lake moved to 4-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Blackduck, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Red Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 90-87 victory against Cass Lake-Bena on the 27th. Blackduck has also already played their next match (against Bigfork), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
