Preview: Perry Commodores vs. Ridgedale Rockets
The Perry Commodores will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Ridgedale Rockets at 7:00 p.m. Perry will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
Perry can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent game on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Vanlue 63-36 at home. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Perry had established a 24 point advantage.
Meanwhile, Ridgedale ended up a good deal behind Waynesfield-Goshen on Saturday and lost 47-33.
Perry is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Ridgedale, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season.
Perry was able to grind out a solid win over Ridgedale in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, winning 45-35. Does Perry have another victory up their sleeve, or will Ridgedale turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
