Baseball Recap: Upper Scioto Valley Rams vs. Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers
Upper Scioto Valley came out on top against Waynesfield-Goshen on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fifth inning. The Rams sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 win over the Tigers. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Maddox Underwood was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up five earned runs off eight hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Upper Scioto Valley is 3-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 4-7 otherwise.
