Basketball Recap: Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech Takes a Loss

Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 34th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Brunswick Bulldogs 49-19. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-30 back in December of 2024.

Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Brunswick, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech will be playing at home against Windsor at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Brunswick, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Surry County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
