Football Recap: Evergreen Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Evergreen extended their losing streak to seven on Friday, dropping them down to 0-7. They were beaten by the Sammamish RedHawks 46-16. On the bright side, the 16- point performance marked the Wolverines' highest-scoring contest to date.

As for Sammamish, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-4. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded them with their most commanding win of the season.

Sammamish's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Charlie Morsberger led the charge by throwing for 168 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 13 passes, while also punching in one TD on the ground. Jivoni Patton was another key pass catcher, picking up 63 receiving yards and one score.

As of now, neither Evergreen nor Sammamish have any future games scheduled.
