While losing is never fun, Cincinnati Country Day can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 415th in Ohio, while Simon Kenton are ranked 108th in Kentucky).

Cincinnati Country Day's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Simon Kenton, their win ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-11-4.
