Soccer Game Preview: Trinity Christian vs. First Preparatory Christian Academy

Trinity Christian are taking a road trip to square off against the First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trinity Christian's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Tuesday, Trinity Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Wayne Christian Academy and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, First Preparatory Christian Academy managed to keep up with Central Fellowship Christian Academy until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Highlanders came up short against the Lancers, falling 7-1. While losing is never fun, First Preparatory Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 257th, while Central Fellowship Christian Academy are ranked 57th).

First Preparatory Christian Academy's goal came courtesy of Lucy Mannion, who's now up to four this season.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for First Preparatory Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.
