Volleyball Recap: John Marshall Triumphs + How To Watch

John Marshall won the last time they faced North Marion and things went their way on Thursday too. The Monarchs walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Huskies. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Monarchs.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: John Marshall took both sets by at least 18 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-3.

Their offense was headlined by Gracen Chavanak and Nia Miller, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Gianna Polsinelli and her 11 assists. Masyn Inclan controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

John Marshall's win bumped their record up to 19-6-3. As for North Marion, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Coincidentally, John Marshall and North Marion will both be playing Grafton the next time they take the court. The Monarchs will host the Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Huskies will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
