Meanwhile, Ennis entered their contest against Midlothian on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Ennis fell just short of Midlothian by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Lions have suffered against the Panthers since April 12, 2019.

Ennis saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keno Castillo, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
