Soccer Recap: Holt Takes a Loss

Holt managed to keep up with Fultondale until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Ironmen lost 4-1 to the Wildcats. If Holt were looking for revenge after losing 10-0 to Fultondale when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Holt and nudges their season record down to 3-9-1. As for Fultondale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Holt is set to face off against their familiar foe American Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fultondale will square off against rival Tarrant at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
