Football Recap: Pottsgrove's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Pottsgrove's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Pottstown Trojans by a score of 33-20. The victory was some much needed relief for the Falcons as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Kevin Robinson was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 66 yards and two TDs. Those two rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Mikhi Dargan was in the mix as well, providing Pottsgrove with two scores.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Pottstown, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pottsgrove will face off against rival Pope John Paul II at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pottstown is set to challenge their familiar foe Phoenixville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
