Mount Notre Dame lost to Cooper at home by a decisive 74-55 margin. It was the first time this season that Mount Notre Dame let down their fans at home.

Mount Notre Dame lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kailee Bransford, who scored nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Veith, who scored nine points.

Mount Notre Dame's defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-2. As for Cooper, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-3.

Mount Notre Dame will head out on the road to face off against Winton Woods at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Ohio (Winton Woods is ranked 15th, while Mount Notre Dame is ranked eighth). As for Cooper, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pulaski County at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Pulaski County is looking to tack on another W to their eight-game streak on the road.
