Football Recap: Aurora East Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Aurora East's offense. They were dealt a 47-0 loss at the hands of the Glenbard South Raiders on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Tomcats in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost seven in a row.

Aurora East's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Glenbard South, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Aurora East and Glenbard South will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Tomcats are set to take on their familiar foe Streamwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Glenbard South will challenge rival West Chicago at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
