Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Cimarron

Cimarron entered their tilt with Hugoton on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles. The Bluejays have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20.

Leading Cimarron to victory were Kynlee Frink and Mara Mccann. Frink had 15 digs, while Mccann had four digs and three aces. That's the most digs Frink has posted since back in October of 2024. Jaylee Schilling also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Cimarron's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Hugoton, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Cimarron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Pratt on the 13th. As for Hugoton, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Elkhart on the 13th.
