Anderson and Lincoln Park are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. The Anderson Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Lincoln Park Railsplitters at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Anderson came up short against Carlson on Tuesday, falling 52-28. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 526th, while the Marauders are ranked 210th).

Meanwhile, Lincoln Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 39-35 heartbreaker at the hands of Edsel Ford.

This is the second loss in a row for Anderson and nudges their season record down to 5-12. As for Lincoln Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-13.

Anderson barely slipped by Lincoln Park in their previous matchup back in January, winning 26-25. The rematch might be a little tougher for Anderson since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
