Softball Preview: Therrell Panthers vs. Carver Panthers        
        
		
             The Therrell Panthers will take on the Carver Panthers at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Therrell is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 13.2  runs per game  this season.
 Therrell is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 13  runs  back in September, they were much more limited against Lovett  last Tuesday. They came up short against  the Lions, falling  17-2. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
 Therrell saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Mariah Woolridge, who  went 2-for-2 with two  stolen bases. Woolridge is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile,  everything went Carver's way against KIPP Atlanta Collegiate on Tuesday as Carver made off with  a  29-13 victory. Considering the Panthers have won five games by more than nine  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Therrell's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Carver, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record  this season.
 Therrell might still be hurting after the  21-12 loss they got from Carver  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2023. Can Therrell avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
