Basketball Recap: Faith Christian Takes a Loss

Faith Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 28-7 to the Cathedral Academy Generals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-8 two weeks ago.

Cathedral Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Raven Williams out in front who posted 12 points. Madison Jackson was another key player, putting up nine points.

Faith Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Cathedral Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-20.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Faith Christian will face off against Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Faith Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cathedral Academy, they will challenge Porter-Gaud at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
