Basketball Recap: Immanuel Comes Up Short

After flying high against Fowler on Thursday, Immanuel came back down to earth. The Eagles took a 74-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roosevelt Rough Riders on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Rough Riders: they've now lost three in a row.

Immanuel's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Roosevelt, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Immanuel will take on Firebaugh in a tournament on Tuesday. As for Roosevelt, they are taking a road trip to take on South at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
