Basketball Recap: Chequamegon Takes a Loss

Chequamegon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 42-32 to the Elmwood/Plum City Wolves.

Chequamegon's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Elmwood/Plum City, the win snapped their losing streak at 34 games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-12 record.

Chequamegon will head out on the road to face off against Phillips at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Elmwood/Plum City has already played their next contest (against Spring Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
