Baseball Recap: Millington Central Comes Up Short

Millington Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to the Trinity Christian Academy Lions, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-3 back in March.

Millington Central's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.
