Soccer Game Preview: Damien vs. Rosemead

The Damien Spartans will take on the Rosemead Panthers in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Damien is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Inglewood 4-1 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Damien.

Meanwhile, Rosemead has been on a difficult stretch since their win on the 1st. Neither they nor Cerritos could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Rosemead's first draw of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of David Bowa, who's now up to two this season.

Rosemead's draw gives them a new season record of 3-4-1. As for Damien, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3-1.
