There's no place like home for Bear Grass Charter, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over the Cape Hatteras Hurricanes on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won eight games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Bear Grass Charter pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.5 runs over those games. As for Cape Hatteras, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Coming up, Bear Grass Charter will square off against Northside - Pinetown at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Cape Hatteras will be paying especially close attention to the Bears' matchup: after the Bears faces off against the Panthers, they'll take on Cape Hatteras again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
