Basketball Recap: Northwestern Warriors vs. Catholic Central Irish
Northwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 50-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Catholic Central Irish. While the Warriors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Irish 14-8 in the first quarter.

Catholic Central got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Danaysha Dearmond out in front who had 17 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Liliana Roberts, who put up 14 points in addition to five boards and three steals.
