Hope's Delonce Wright rumbled for the longest rushing play in Division IV this season in his game against Providence Country Day/Wheeler/Sanchez Complex last week. Wright's team bested the Knights as he sprinted for 90 yards on the play and finished with 346 in all.

Hope led the league in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on Providence Country Day/Wheeler/Sanchez Complex. Wright in the win.

Marquis Harper, Sr.'s team's dynamic duo of Marquis Harper, Jr. and James Alves-Southern proved tough for Michael Gibbons' team to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Harper, Jr. threw for 249 yards and two touchdowns and Alves-Southern had 120 yards receiving. Derek Safford helped Providence Country Day/Wheeler/Sanchez Complex's passing attack out by catching six balls for 88 yards.

The Knights' Harper, Jr. and Alves-Southern have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Harper, Jr. has thrown for 857 yards this season, while Alves-Southern, a 5-foot-9 receiver, has 23 catches for 609 yards. The Blue Wave's Wright leads the league in rushing yards with 945.

Wright of the Hope is only 55 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season.

A big matchup in Division IV this week will be when the Blue Wave take on the Warriors. Hope is currently in second, while Central Falls is in seventh.

Maurice Jackson's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,112 from 11,512. The improvement came about via a 42-0 victory over Scituate last week.
