Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Princeton couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 61-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Indianapolis Crispus Attucks on Saturday. Princeton's defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Princeton still got an impressive performance from Jace Jenkins, who shot 54% from beyond the arc on his way to 30 points. That's the most points Jenkins has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Edwin Holmes, who had 11 points and three blocks.

Indianapolis Crispus Attucks got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Dezmon Briscoe out in front who dropped a triple-double with 13 points, 12 boards, and ten blocks. Briscoe has been hot for a while, having posted three or more blocks the last 15 times he's played. AJ Jones also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 24-3. As for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 67-49 win against New Palestine on the 22nd.
