After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Union City, Maple Valley was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They secured a 46-40 W over the Comstock Colts. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Maple Valley's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Teegen McDonald, who went 7 of 17 to rack up 20 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jake Mcdonald, who posted nine points along with five assists and five steals.

Maple Valley's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Comstock, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.
