There's no place like home for Allatoona, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the East Coweta Indians on Thursday. This was payback for the Buccaneers, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

While Allatoona won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19.

With the win, Allatoona broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3. As for East Coweta, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Coincidentally, Allatoona and East Coweta will both be playing Calhoun the next time they take the court. The Indians will head out to face the Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Buccaneers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
