The Brewbaker Tech Rams made easy work of the Selma Saints on Thursday and carried off a 28-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won seven games by 20 points or more so far this season.

A big part of Brewbaker Tech's victory came down to the chemistry between Tessa Wilburn and her top target Heleyna Pennic. Wilburn threw for 124 yards and four TDs while Pennic picked up 46 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those three receiving touchdowns gave Pennic a new career-high.

Brewbaker Tech has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.2 points on average over those games. As for Selma, their loss dropped their record down to 6-1.

Brewbaker Tech didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 33-14 victory against Alabama Christian Academy on the 6th. As for Selma, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 21-6 defeat against Montgomery Catholic on the 7th.
