Basketball Recap: Ogilvie's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak at Home

Ogilvie entered their contest against Braham on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Ogilvie Lions lost 71-50 to the Braham Bombers. The match marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Ogilvie's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-7. As for Braham, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Ogilvie will take on Spectrum at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Spectrum knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Ogilvie likes a good challenge. As for Braham, they will venture away from home to take on Swanville at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Braham's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matchups.
