Softball Recap: Edgerton Comes Up Short

Edgerton lost against Big Foot back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Crimson Tide lost 20-3 to the Chiefs.

Edgerton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Big Foot, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Edgerton will host Whitewater at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Big Foot, they will venture away from home to challenge Brodhead at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chiefs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cardinals have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season.
