Softball Recap: Bishop Ready Comes Up Short

Bishop Ready lost to Hilliard Davidson back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Silver Knights came up short against the Wildcats, falling 12-2. That's two games in a row now that the Silver Knights have lost by exactly ten runs.

Kyra Tibbs was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Bishop Ready has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 14 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season. As for Hilliard Davidson, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Bishop Ready will square off against Eastmoor Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hilliard Davidson, they will challenge Grove City at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
