Softball Recap: Walker Wolverines vs. St. Francis Knights
After flying high against Osborne last Wednesday, Walker came back down to earth. The Walker Wolverines came up short against the St. Francis Knights on Tuesday, falling 13-3. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Walker's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for St. Francis, they pushed their record up to 4-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Walker will venture away from home to take on Mount Vernon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Francis, they will challenge Wesleyan at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
