For the second straight game, Crestview will face off against Brookfield. Crestview will head out to square off against Brookfield at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crestview is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.8 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Crestview beat Brookfield 10-7. That's two games straight that the Rebels have won by exactly three runs.

Makayla Mckee made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. Mckee was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

In other batting news, Alivia Shetler and Chloe Stoops did most of the damage at the plate: Shetler scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Stoops scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. What's more, Stoops posted two doubles, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Emma Snyder, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Crestview was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Brookfield only posted a batting average of .276.

Brookfield is on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4. As for Crestview, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1-1.

Brookfield's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Crestview has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .483.
