Basketball Recap: Georgetown Piles Up the Points Against Military Magnet Academy

There's no place like home for Georgetown, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Military Magnet Academy Eagles, posting an 83-18 victory. That 65 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

It was another big night for Austin Nesbit, who posted 26 points. He has become a key player for Georgetown: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least 20 points, but 1-2 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Ean Mitchell, who earned 12 points and five steals.

Georgetown was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
