Basketball Recap: Penn Cambria Panthers vs. Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers
Penn Cambria had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 63-55 to the Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers.
