Volleyball Game Preview: Elbert Bulldogs vs. Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles + How To Watch

The Elbert Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Elbert came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Ascent Classical Academy. Considering the last time the Bulldogs couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Liberty Tree Academy got the win against Poudre Community Academy on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the War Eagles in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won eight in a row.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-14, 25-16.

Liberty Tree Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-16. As for Elbert, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8.

Everything went Elbert's way against Liberty Tree Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Elbert made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
