Football Game Preview: Mayde Creek Rams vs. Tompkins Falcons + How To Watch

Mayde Creek is 1-9 against Tompkins since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Rams will look to defend their home field against the Falcons at 6:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mayde Creek to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jamaal Jones Jr, who rushed for 253 yards and one TD while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Jones Jr is now averaging an impressive 125.8 rushing yards per game. Christian Bradford was another key player, gaining 125 total yards and three touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mayde Creek was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 358 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Tompkins scored the most points they've had this season last Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 55-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Paetow.
