The Tri-County Cavaliers will square off against the West Central Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Tri-County is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They blew past South Newton 17-4. The victory was familiar territory for the Cavaliers, who have now won seven matchups in a row.

Grace Luck was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched five innings while giving up four earned runs off four hits. Luck was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Like Tri-County, West Central also got a great game from a two-way player: Jalie Glasford. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Glasford has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kailee Bishop, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples. Sydney Mellon was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Tri-County's record now sits at 23-2. As for West Central, their record is now 15-7.
