Soccer Recap: Knowledge Academies Comes Up Short

Knowledge Academies fell victim to Lead Southeast and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 12-0 to the Lobos. While losing is never fun, Knowledge Academies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 305th, while Lead Southeast is ranked 68th).

Knowledge Academies' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lead Southeast, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Knowledge Academies will challenge Independence Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lead Southeast, they will take on LEAD Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
