Basketball Game Preview: Hillcrest Rams vs. Wade Hampton Generals

The Hillcrest Rams are taking a road trip to take on the Wade Hampton Generals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hillcrest knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Wade Hampton likes a good challenge.

Hillcrest's tournament run continued when they took on Burns on Saturday. Hillcrest narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Burns 68-65.

Meanwhile, Wade Hampton beat Pendleton 54-42 on Saturday.

Hillcrest now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Wade Hampton, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Hillcrest strolled past Wade Hampton in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 by a score of 74-59. Will Hillcrest repeat their success, or does Wade Hampton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
