Volleyball Game Preview: Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats vs. Mountain View Academy Mustangs

The Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mountain View Academy Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Basis Independent Silicon Valley's favor as the squad sits on seven straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Mountain View Academy has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

Last Thursday, Basis Independent Silicon Valley beat El Primero 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 18-25, 25-10, 25-23.

Mountain View Academy not only won on March 13th, but they posted their biggest win since April 10, 2024. They blew past Design Tech 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-20.

Basis Independent Silicon Valley's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Mountain View Academy, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
