Volleyball Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Calvary Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Burns Sci-Tech Eagles. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 0-0.

Calvary Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Burns Sci-Tech, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-10.

Coming up, Calvary Christian Academy will be taking part in a tournament against Lakeside Christian at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Burns Sci-Tech, they will challenge Deltona at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
