Hunter posted their closest victory since October 8, 2024 on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Highland Rams. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Hunter now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Highland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.

Hunter has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Mountain Crest on the 6th. As for Highland, they will host East at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
